theletterelleHello vidder! I am so excited to receive a vid on any one of these fandoms! I'm going to ramble about what I love about each one, but don't feel like you must make a vid that conforms to what I talk about. If you have an idea already about what you want to do, follow your bliss!
Annihilation
This is one of those films that sticks with you once it's over. I love the haunted dreaminess of the pacing-- something slow would be ideal. I was really struck by the visuals of the creature dancing with Lena at the end, so if you worked that in somehow, I would be very happy.
Blackadder
This is one of the fandoms of my heart. S3 is my favorite (LOVE George) but I suspect that no matter what you do, I'll love it. I would prefer, though, that it not end the way S4 did. Let's just focus on the funny.
Dark Angel
My favorite part about this show was the flashbacks to all the X5s and their lives at Manticore. I'd love to see a vid that focuses on Manticore, past and present.
Don't Worry Darling
There were many plot holes in this movie, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I love that creeping feeling of wrongness that develops. I don't really have a direction I'd like things to follow, so just do what seems right to you.
The Phantom of the Opera
I was in high school when this play came out, and I was obsessed. Do something that a wannabe goth theater kid would love.
Scavengers Reign
My favorite aspect of this show is the growing relationship between Azi and Levi as Levi develops sentience. I'd love something that focuses on their story.
The Secret of NIMH
My childhood! This was just creepy enough for me to handle as a kid. Something leaning into the weirdness would be super.
The Tick
My favorite iteration of The Tick is the live-action show starring Patrick Warburton. It's still quoted often in our household. That said, I also liked the cartoon. I haven't seen the most recent iteration, but I would probably like it too. Basically, do what seems good to you on this, and I will like it.
